NOT A RUNNER

Well you must be at least thinking about running to find yourself here. We're here to help you take that next step and claim your athlete status. MHRC is all about possibility, so we've crafted a detailed 6-week plan to help you achieve beyond what you think you're capable of today. It is a conservative daily/weekly guide with suggestions for rest & cross training days that will have you safely running 6 miles on your own by week six. If you've ever thought, "I'm not a runner, but HOW DO I START?" then this is the plan for you. Use it.
